this thai chicken soup I made is criminally good. it's always kind of an improvisation of tossing things in there and tasting to see if i threw enough things in, but it always somehow comes out spectacular. just the right amount of chili for a non-painful but still zingy heat, that nice tang of lime and ginger contrasted with soft n sweet coconut milk... ahhh.
