I haven't followed much of the #EU summit, but here's what you need to know: - more #frontex - more EU borders - 3 billions more to #Erdogan 's #turkey for their refugee program related to #syria - 'Kontrollierte Zentren' (KZ) (controlled centers, hotspots..) within #EU - 'Ausschiffungsplattformen' (some organized place to collect and push refugees out) outside of EU - centers are voluntarly for each country (happens just after resque ships were prohibited from entering EU)
