I believe JFK was a reptoloid and his clan had struggle in another galaxy, where he also was convicted in working with humans. So he used bluedust to create a hologram of him, suggesting he got murderd by humans, in the hope that helps him sneak back into his clan in the other galaxy without being conficted.
