@maiyannah @forteller Liberapay isn't designed for fast withdrawals, we have a 28 days quarantine to protect against chargebacks.

@maiyannah @forteller Why? It doesn't matter if you're paying your recurring expenses with money that your patrons initially sent yesterday or two months ago, what's important is getting a stable income stream.
