That's how it looked for me:

@ink_slinger @paulfree14 With me it says that it's already installed and ot's signed with a different key. I don't have it installed.
@ink_slinger @paulfree14 In settings you can disable compatible versions and now I can install it. I suggest that this is a glitch in Briars installation files.
@paulfree14 There's no install button? I've added the repo to f-droid the page for Briar shows up when I search (actually, it just automatically shows up in the list of new apps, now that I've added the repo), but there's no way to actually install it.
This is probably not something you can help with, unless you're one of the developers, but it's weird.
