First thoughts: The reminder of how expensive being #trans is in the US, and how difficult #transhealthcare is there, makes me more thankful for our system. Ours is still broken, don't get me wrong! But … I don't have to raise 8k+ to get top surgery.
Next thoughts: Seeing him try on the suit was amazing. I'm jealous. I want a suit like that, too! I'm not even a suit person! But … yeah, my hips are too wide, and my shoulders too narrow, not gonna happen.
Also WOW does he look good in that shirt and jeans and I want this too.
It's a pretty minor criticism though! I enjoyed seing him, and I loved the things they explored, and I think it can be a great introduction of the trans community for people not familiar with it in a relateable fashion.
Other than that: Well done! Differently from #trans portraits I see in media sometimes, Skyler was relatable and somebody I felt comfortable being shown as a (somewhat) representative of us white trans guys.
